The 42nd of Cersaie Fair, one of the most prestigious international events of the ceramics industry, was held in Bologna on 22-26 September 2025. The Turkish ceramic industry was strongly represented at the fair with the participation of 16 companies. Our members showcased their latest products and engaged with visitors from around the world. Attracting nearly 110,000 visitors, the fair marked the second booth participation under the Turkish Ceramics brand, where member company logos and catalogs further enhanced brand visibility. The booths of our members were also visited by the Turkish Ceramics delegation led by Consul General Mehmet Özöktem, Milan Commercial Attaché Ahmet Erkan Çetinkayış and Chairman Erdem Çenesiz.

As part of the fair’s engagements, a meeting was held with the Italian Ceramic Federation (Confindustria Ceramica) to strengthen the cooperation environment within the industry. During the meeting with President Augusto Ciarrochi and Coordinator Armando Cafiero, current developments in the sector were evaluated and potential future collaborations at Cersaie were discussed.

In addition, the President of the Spanish Ceramic Tile Manufacturers’ Association (ASCER), Ismael García Peris, and his delegation visited our booth. During the meeting, cooperation opportunities between the Turkish and Spanish ceramic sectors, as well as expectations for the future of the industry, were discussed. On the second day of the fair, a meeting was also held with Renaud Batier, Secretary General of the European Ceramic Industry Association(Cerame-Unie), where insights were shared on developments in the European ceramics industry.

As in previous years, Turkish Ceramics-branded taxis circulating the streets of Bologna throughout September drew significant attention. This dynamic promotional activity further increased the visibility of the Turkish ceramic industry and strengthened overall brand recognition during the fair.
